Photography has always been a part of my life,
now it's become an even bigger part.

 

Having studied graphic design for 4 years at the Ipswich School of Art in the early 1970's, this provided the first brush with photography, through an introduction to 35mm cameras, interchangeable lenses, lighting, processing and the darkroom.

 

 Photography in one form or another, has been a constant through out life, always having a camera, always taking photographs.

 

Spending the the last 35 years or so working at various advertising agencies, book and magazine publishers and many design companies in London and around Suffolk. By working with many different photographers, on a huge variety of projects , spending many hours in photographic studios and on location watching how photographers work, and being an unofficial  assistant  has been a unique, and long term introduction to the world of photography.
